Stephen Rosales, an AV
rated attorney, graduated cum laude from Boston
College in 1977. Following completion of his undergraduate work,
he attended Suffolk
University Law School where he received his J.D. and was admitted
to the Massachusetts Bar in 1980. Since that time, Stephen has also
been admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts,
the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit (1981), the U.S. Tax Court
(1988) and the U.S. Supreme Court (1993). Stephen is also a member and
past President of the Cambridge, Arlington, Belmont and member of American
Bar Associations where he is actively involved in the General Practice,
Solo and Small Firm Sections.
Stephen has attained the highest rating established by
Martindale-Hubbell's Law Directory and members of the Bar.
This
rating is only given to lawyers and law firms which are considered to
have Very High to Preeminent Legal Ability and who are thought to embrace
Very High Professional Standards.
Stephen is a former Selectman in the Town of Belmont where he resides with his wife, Debi and their three daughters.
